91 Degrees and Some Clouds

91 Degrees and Some Clouds, 12 x 12

This weekend I am participating in Nomadas del Arte, a juried plein air show at the Southwest Gallery in Dallas. This painting from last summer is one of two pieces I have in the show. The opening is both tomorrow night and Saturday afternoon; and the show will be up all of April. If anyone is in Dallas, please stop by the gallery!!!

Hi Laurel,

Isn't this spectacular! Congratulations on the show. I wrote about you on my blog last night. I was up in the country driving home and wondering what you'd do with our brown, pre-spring landscape -- then the light changed, and I thought I knew.

I just love this!!! Wow!

XOXOXOBarbara

This is fabulous, with such a lifted, lofty feeling. I've been painting skies for my bigger paintings lately and this is inspiring! I didn't know you were in the Daily Paintworks - congratulations!. Good luck, also, with the show!

I could comment more on you site but I'm afraid I'll sound like a broken record! "This is fabulous, I love it!" will be repeated on and on.....Seriously, you know how much I respect you and your work, and specifically, this landscape draws me every time I see it. The cloud, the colors....love it. See you Wed.
