There is nothing quite like fresh pineapple - so juicy and delicious! The double joy was painting it first (two times!) This one was perfectly ripe and will be featured in the breakfast mix for the next few days. Yum!

This pineapple has been waiting all week for it's moment on the "stage". I will tell you that it must be pretty ripe and ready to eat by now, because it smells so good. The warm spotlight on it simply enhanced the aroma while I painted all afternoon. The pineapple as a subject for painting was my father-in-law's idea. And it was a great one... I'll have to paint more! Thank you, Charlie!
