Incredible Week!!

Sunlit Palm, 16 x 12

Thank you all for your outpouring of support and encouragement! I am truly overwhelmed and humbled! And now, I have more good news to share...

I have just joined Daily Paintworks, an online gallery that features 12 daily painters who post their work regularly on their blogs. It is a huge honor to show my work with the other eleven. They are all truly fabulous painters! Please take a minute to view the site and each of their contributions.

Thanks so much again for your kind and wonderful comments! My heart is full.

Congratulations! International Artist and Daily Paintworks are lucky to have you! As I have said before, your work touches the soul. The colors in Agapanthus Blossoms are so soothing and mellow, and remind one of early mornings walks in the garden. I love the subtle shadows of the violet and the lighter blues. Now I must run out and buy a copy of the magazine!

Wow! Laurel, Congratulations, once again! You deserve all of this success! I am so thrilled for you, I just love it when people that "I know" acheive good things! It's time to celebrate!
By the way, your palm tree is fabulous, of course!

Just saw you work in the magazine and congrats for both accomplishments. I love the calligraphic quality to the Agapanthus Blossoms as well as the color.

Hi Laurel,

I thought I'd congratulated you on this, but I certainly want to. Good for you. I love the sight, and think I may have found you through one of the Daily Paintworks artists blog list. If I were down there I'd buy a bottle of Veuve Cliquot and toast you.
Come to think of it we did have some with friends on Friday night. So we were toasting you. Super, super super!!! You deserve every bit of recognition you get. I love
every painting I've seen.
