Spicewood Farm, 12 x 16The arctic front moved in but we still painted at Spicewood Farms this morning. I guess compared to some parts of the country 44 degrees seems warm today. However, when the ranch hands were "blanketing" the horses, I knew that it really WAS chilly.

You're a braver painter than I am! I don't even go out when it is that cold, let alone paint plein air! Guess that is why I live in FL
