The Place in Between

The Place in Between, 6 x 6, SOLD

We've had some great cloudy skies that have actually ushered in some rain for our dry ground! I loved the way the light beamed between these clouds and backlit the row of trees.

    Clouds can be difficult to portray, but you nailed these! They have depth while retaining their somewhat intangible weightlessness. You are my hero, Laurel!

    I LOVE your small landscapes. I especially like the light behind the trees on the left-ish side. AND I love the variety in the ground coming forward. All around great!

    Great Laurel! I love the clouds. I couldn't believe it was so small. I think it would hold up as a large print.

    I am looking at something like this in my park, only it is really cold. the light in this painting is magical. You are just such a top flight painter Laurel. Wow!
