This weekend we had some gorgeous days... a delicious hint of fall, with cool air and bright light. I headed out to paint, and ended up in my back yard enjoying the color and growth in my own garden. (Be it ever so humble,) there's no place like home!

Beautiful glow to these flowers set against the shadows of the porch.
We traipse all over creation to paint and sometimes it's right at home :)
